Julia — Founder, Head Agent, Chief Email Chaser & Director of “I’ll Do It Now In A Minute” – BA(Hons) Performing Arts and Theatre Studies
Julia is the founder, mouthpiece and occasional support therapist behind JK’s Management. A proud Welshwoman with the organisational skills of a military operation and the sleep schedule of a nightclub DJ, she specialises in talent management, networking, overthinking, and saying “lush” at least 14 times a day.
Known professionally as:
Founder & Lead Agent
Director of Strategic Vibes
CEO of “Have You Checked Your Junk?”
Chief Executive of Getting It Sorted
Full-Time Dream Chaser & Part-Time sheep chaser.
Julia can usually be found juggling submissions, voice notes, coffees and minor meltdowns while keeping the whole show on the road. Equal parts businesswoman and absolute liability, she firmly believes any problem can be solved with persistence, sarcasm and a proper cuppa.
Proudly representing talent with professionalism, passion and just a touch of valley chaos.

Carrieann — Director of Submissions, Spreadsheet Queen & Assistant to the Regional Chaos Manager- BA(Hons) Multi Media Journalism
Carrieann is the calm to Julia’s chaos, the woman behind the scenes making sure things actually get sent on time while Julia’s busy starting 47 conversations and forgetting what tab she opened.
As JK’s Management’s unofficial official backbone, Carrieann handles submissions, admin, organisation, damage control and the occasional emotional support session when casting emails start looking a bit dry.
Also known as:
- Head of PDF Operations
- Senior Submission Sorcerer
- Sender of the Self-Tapes
- Director of Calm Down, It’s Fine
- Administrative Queen of Getting the Job Done Properly
Carrieann has mastered the rare art of remaining patient while listening to Julia say “right remind me…” six times a day. Armed with spreadsheets, common sense and the strength of a Welsh mam on Christmas Day, she keeps the agency running smoother than anyone will ever know.
Professional, reliable and secretly carrying the entire operation on her back — but don’t tell Julia that.
